Reflexology foot massage

There are many reflex points on the feet and their pressure stimulation unblocks energy pathways (meridians) that connect the feet with all body organs of the human body. The foot massage revives and restores energy to the individual parts, reduces stress and brings deep relaxation. Foot massage is also very important for proper posture when walking, thus preventing health problems in the spine and back. In our centers, this pleasant procedure is combined with a full-foot massage and, in the case of 60 minutes, also with massaging of the shoulders, neck and head.

• You keep your underwear on.
• When you are ready to start the massage, lie on your back on the massage table and cover the intimate areas with a towel.
• The massage is performed with a little oil and cream.
• Recommended repetition once a week.
• We do not use hot herbs during this massage.
