Cancellation of reservation

Do you need to cancel an appointment? No problem. 

Regardless of how the reservation was made and whether the reservation is pre-paid or not - if you need to cancel the appointment, please call us

Online cancellation is not possible at this time. Our system does not offer such an operation, but we are still working on improvements. 

Due to current business conditions, you now have the option to change or cancel your reservation 24 hours or more in advance. Of course, we try to accommodate everyone even in unexpected situations, so we ask you too - please call us as soon as possible and we will try to come up with an ideal solution. Thank you for your understanding.

In case you wish to cancel a pre-paid online reservation, please also prepare the last 4 numbers of your payment card. At the same time, please note that payment cards in Apple Pay and similar wallets have different numbers than physical cards.

Some phone lines are busier than others. The reception desks of larger salons have access to the entire TAWAN network, so if necessary, do not hesitate to call to another city. Or please wait and we will get back to you.
