Change of reservation

Do you need to change the date? No problem. 

Regardless of how the reservation was made and whether the reservation is prepaid or not - if you need to change the date, please call us and we will try to find the most suitable date. It is also possible to change the reservation using SMS, email or whatsapp, but due to the nature of these communication channels and the delay that can be expected, the available place may be filled. 

It is not possible to change bookings online at this time. Our system does not offer such an operation, but we are still working on improvements. 

Due to current business conditions, you now have the option to change or cancel your reservation 24 hours or more in advance. Of course, we try to accommodate everyone even in unexpected situations, so we ask you too - please call us as soon as possible and we will try to come up with an ideal solution. Thank you for your understanding. 

Some phone lines are busier than others. The reception desks of larger salons have access to the entire TAWAN network, so if necessary, do not hesitate to call to another city. Or please wait and we will get back to you.
