Questions about Christmas vouchers

Can I purchase a voucher as a PDF?

Yes, you can receive the gift voucher in PDF form by email, which is an ideal option for fast delivery. You pay no delivery fees. Immediately as a download link in the email confirmation.

Can you deliver the voucher until Christmas Day?

We guarantee physical delivery of the voucher by courier by Christmas until around December 18. We are monitoring this date and will notify you about it. Alternatively, we recommend using the PDF voucher sent by email or stopping by at the salons in person at any time.

What is the validity of Christmas gift vouchers?

Gift vouchers are valid for a full 12 months from the date of purchase, giving your loved ones plenty of time to enjoy the experience. In addition, vouchers can be extended indefinitely for a small administrative fee.

What are the current Christmas voucher discounts?

When you buy two or more vouchers, you get a 20% discount. If you buy just one voucher, you get a 10% discount. The promotion is valid from 1/11/2024 to 31/12/2024.

Is it possible to apply the Christmas discount on massages purchased at the same time as gift vouchers?

The discount does not apply to massages, but only to gift vouchers. Please book in advance if you want to enjoy a massage with a discount. Thank you for your understanding to simplify our administration.

Do you accept benefit cards when purchasing gift vouchers?

The discount during the Christmas campaign is only valid when paying in cash or by credit card. Unfortunately, you cannot use Benefit cards (Benefits Card, Flexipass card, etc.). Unfortunately, this is not possible due to different commissions to suppliers and settings in our systems.

Do you provide volume discounts for larger orders?

Yes, when ordering 20 or more vouchers, we offer the option of personal TAWAN express delivery in Prague, Brno and Karlovy Vary to your home in beautiful packaging. Send orders to info@tawan.cz.
