Lower and upper limbs herbal massage

Very effective Thai massage focused on the lower and upper limbs. The Thai therapist first performs a full foot massage focusing on the reflex surfaces of the feet. The squeezing of specific points on the feet contributes to the unblocking of energy pathways in the body and the proper function of all parts of the body, including internal organs. To remove fatigue from the limbs, the massage is supported by subsequent therapy using heated herbal sachets. The procedure continues with a thorough hand massage using a special mixture of natural oils. Finally, the masseuse will focus on back and shoulder therapy. The massage pampers and completely revitalizes your body, soul and mind.

Details

• We recommend using disposable underwear or being completely naked. You can keep your underwear. To ladies, for greater comfort, we recommend taking off their bra.
• When you are ready to start the massage, lie down on your back on the massage table and cover the intimate areas with a towel.
• At the end of the massage, we will stretch you briefly as in yoga.
• On request, it is possible to use balm (herbal warming ointment) on stiff areas.

• Choose the intensity of the massage at the reception and adjust it to your needs during the massage by communicating with the masseuse.
• Ideally, do not eat at least an hour before the massage.
• We use hot herbs for this massage.
