1) Prague salons Manager and customer experience - Prague 

DO YOU ENJOY COMMUNICATING WITH PEOPLE AND HAVE PERFECT ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS? Our mission is to provide a unique experience in the form of perfect Thai massages in charming spaces. We are looking for a hard-working person who can ensure the smooth running of the day at our most important locations in Prague, can correct shifts for receptionists, communicate with management and therapists, and maintain our standards during the operating day. 

  • Do you need to see the valuable results of your work? 
  • Are you constantly figuring out how to improve things around you and move forward?
  • Can you organize your agenda and keep things in order?

What will be the result of your work? 

  • Satisfied clients at individual Prague establishments. 
  • Organized receptionists who are trained, know what they are doing, when they are doing it and can contact you at any time with any questions. 
  • Inspected premises and cleaning and maintenance tasks. 
  • Rechecked plans of masseuses, it is necessary to see whether individual masseuses and therapists are organized in the most efficient way. 
  • Audited reception administration. 

What will you need for this? 

  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
  • Representative appearance. 
  • Positive mood even when solving operational problems.
  • Enthusiasm for work and independence.

2) Brand marketer

We are looking for a skilled and imaginative Marketer to join our team, who will take care of our corporate visibility and be our main content creator. Your task will be:

  • Content creation - creating attractive texts, photos and videos that will communicate our brand and attract new customers. 
  • Graphics creation - preparation of visuals for campaigns, social networks and the web. 
  • Management of corporate campaigns – design, implementation and optimization of marketing campaigns on various channels (social networks, web, e-mail, etc.). 
  • Ensuring Business Visibility - monitoring current trends, ensuring our business is seen where it is needed and building our brand awareness. 
  • Realization in anything you enjoy - the opportunity to bring new ideas and realize yourself in other areas that interest you and can move our brand forward. 
  • Analysis of campaign results – evaluating the success of campaigns and finding new opportunities for improvement.

We require: 

  • Content creation and marketing experience, at least at a junior level 
  • Ability to work with graphic tools (e.g. Illustrator, Figma)
  • Creative approach and attention to detail 
  • Interest in new marketing trends 
  • Excellent communication skills

Not available - Back office manager - Prague

We are looking for a reliable and organized Back Office manager to join our company, who will be a key person to ensure the smooth running of our office. 

Your task will be:

  • Payroll preparation – processing payroll documents and ensuring that everyone is fairly compensated for their work. Ensuring the satisfaction of the team and thereby kicking up its performance. 
  • Preparation of documents for external accountants - control of client payments, data exports, invoicing 
  • Operations management and cost optimization – overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth operations from the office, contributing to savings, the candidate should be able to anticipate problems and solve them. 
  • Inventory control and purchasing – tracking inventory and ensuring timely replenishment. 
  • Support for company growth - strategic development, acquisition of new clients and expansion of the company. 

We require: 

  • Experience in a similar position or excellent organizational skills and willingness to learn quickly. 
  • Ability to work independently, but at the same time be able to explain your procedures. 
  • Knowledge of working with office tools (Google documents and spreadsheets).
